Keeping Appointments

Your adjustment schedule has been designed for:
Corrective Spinal Health Care or Palliative Care (Pain Relief).

The care plan that the doctor recommends needs to be closely adhered to in order for you to reach optimum improvement.

Missing Or Changing Appointments

The doctor has prescribed a specific course of treatment for you. A certain number of treatments in a set amount of time are necessary for the results you desire. It is expected that all missed or canceled appointments are to be made up later during the same day as the original appointment. If this is impossible, then the appointment will be automatically rescheduled for the following day at the same time. If scheduled visits are missed and not made up within that same week, you will need to schedule for your regular appointments and your make-up appointment(s) for the following week.

It is imperative that a certain number of adjustments are delivered repetitively over a certain period of time in order to reach optimal improvement.

Payment Of Bills

We will expect you to honor any and all financial agreements you make with our office. If you find that you cannot fulfill the agreement you have made with us, please advise our staff immediately so new arrangements can be made. We do not bill our patients. If we are forced to bill you, there will be an additional service charge. Any applicable insurance will be billed and applied to your balance. All checks sent directly to your home by the insurance company should be brought or sent to our office within three days of receipt. Please also attach the accompanying stub indicating the services covered.

You are ultimately responsible and expected to pay for all services at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Signing In

When you arrive to our office, please sign in on the sign-in sheet at the front desk. You will be given your blue travel card when you sign in, and you will be directed back to the adjusting table when the next one becomes available.

Hours

Each of our doctors has specific office hours. The receptionist will schedule your appointments during the preferred hours for the services you will be receiving. Consultations, new patient examinations, and progress evaluations are scheduled only during specific hours each day. Walk-ins are welcome, but you may have to wait until all of our scheduled patients have been seen.

Dr. Sito Hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 2:00-6:00

Dr. Heer Hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 10:00-12:45 & 2:00-6:00
Tuesday and Friday - 2:00-6:00
Saturday - 9:00-11:00

Progress Examinations And X-Rays

During your treatment in our office, progress evaluations and radiographic follow-up evaluations may be necessary to determine your overall level of progress.

Patient Concerns

We pride ourselves on providing the exceptional chiropractic experience. If you should have any questions or concerns during the course of your treatment, it is expected that you inform the doctor or a member of our staff. We value your privacy, and ask that all personal questions, concerns or financial matters be addressed with the doctor in our private consultation room. We welcome your comments or suggestions.

Chiropractic Healthcare Workshop

It is mandatory that all new patients attend our healthcare orientation workshop. All new patients are expected to attend the workshop within their first two weeks from the onset of care. Chiropractic care is a completely different approach to healthcare, and it is imperative that you have an understanding of how and why chiropractic works, and what you will need to do to both inside and outside the office to ensure that you receive the results you desire. There is no charge for this 30-minute presentation if you attend the workshop within the first four weeks of care. If you are unable to attend the free group workshop within the first four weeks of care, you will have to schedule for a private presentation with the doctor during regular office hours. There is a charge for the in-office private presentation.
